Chairman of the Metsovo Folklore Association “Nikolaos Tzartzoulis”.
 
He has been interested in the research of Vlach-speaking people in the Balkans since 1992.
 
He is regular associate of many local and panhellenic circulation and the scientific year books “Ipirotiko Imerologio” and “Trikalina Nea”.
