He has been involved in historical research on Epirus for 30 years.

4.   The Calendar of Spyrantonis Chalikiopoulos Lefkada fighter in the 1821 Revolution, Athens 2001.

He has published more than 60 studies of historical content, in “Ipirotika Chronika”, “Ipirotiko Imerologio” and the Newsletter of the Epirotic Society of Athens; many articles in the press of Thesprotia related to the economic and touristic development of the Prefecture of Thesprotia.

Rewards - Distinctions

He holds an award and a distinction for the collection of Linguistic and Folklore material of Pramanta-Ioannina by the Academy of Athens and a distinction for the collection of village names in the district of Filiates.
