She is a writer and folklorist. In 1960 she founded the Epirotic Folkloric Union “Krystallis”. She wrote 8 books (folkloric, traveling, everyday life)

Other activities

She has given lectures in France, Cuba, Italy, Germany, Florida, Athens, etc.
 
She has taken part in international conferences and she has organized four conferences in Ioannina.
 
She is a certified volunteer of the Red Cross.
 

She has served in the Scouts of Greece for 10 years.

Rewards - Distinctions

She has been awarded with the Golden Phoenix by the late President of the Hellenic Republic Konstantinos Tsatsos, the Prize for Perfect Cooperation by the late Patriarch Athinagoras, the Peace and Friendship Award by Kato Italia, the Award for Outstanding Deeds by the Red Cross, the Award of the Association of Tourism Writers and Journalists, etc
