Famous Epirote soloist in clarinet. Important contribution to the history of Ioannina music, as he recorded all the local clarinet players, who lived in the 19^th and the beginning of the 20^th century, like Tasios Laistas, Kontos and Plakas (surnames or nicknames), as well as the Bouledes family from the Zevgaria neighborhood.
