He studied at the Greek Conservatoire, under Nina Gikvaci.

Lyrist and composer.
His first composition was based on tango rhythm and the lyrics were written by Kostas Manesis.
Successes: “Whatever I asked for, I found it near you”, “It’s not your fault that you are gone”, “My lost joy”, You keep me alive”, etc.
He wrote many folk songs.
 
He founded a mandolinata in collaboration with his friend Vasilis Nessis (mandolins, guitars).
Then, the Hawaiian group “Keprivert” was created, composed of L. Kekesis, Pritsinis and Vertodoulos.

Afterwards, he made up an orchestra.

Rewards - Distinctions

1963: The song “Cry, my Heart, Cry”, written by K. Manesis and sang by Petros Anagnostakis, wins the first prize at the 1st Folk Song Festival; they donate the money to charities.
